Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and maintain warehouse data related to inventory, shipments, and receipts Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports using Advanced Excel tools (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Support warehouse operations by updating stock levels, tracking movement, and flagging discrepancies Work with SAP or ERP software for inventory management (experience with SAP MM/WM is a plus ) Assist with stock audits, reconciliations, and physical inventory checks Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, and accounting for data verification Maintain organized records and ensure smooth flow of digital documentation Perform administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus 1+ year of experience in data entry, computer operations, or warehouse administration Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must know PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (preferred) Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
