A Bandhan Bank Branch In-Charge (Gold Loan) manages daily branch operations, drives sales and profitability for gold loans, ensures regulatory compliance, handles customer service, manages staff, secures gold collateral, and builds community relationships, focusing on growth, risk control (NPAs, auctions), and operational hygiene. Key Responsibilities ** Operations Management:** Oversee loan processing, customer service, security, and storage of gold, ensuring compliance with RBI/bank policies. ** Business Growth:** Develop strategies to meet sales targets, increase interest collections, and control non-performing assets (NPAs). ** Team Leadership:** Motivate and train staff, conduct performance meetings, and ensure high team performance. ** Risk & Compliance:** Conduct audits, manage collateral, and maintain knowledge of gold loan regulations. ** Customer Relations:** Build strong customer relationships and manage inquiries and complaints. ** Marketing:** Implement BTL (Below The Line) marketing and generate leads through local outreach. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in the gold loan sector, ideally 3+ years in banking/NBFC. Education: Graduate (MBA preferred). Skills: Leadership, sales, communication, marketing, risk assessment, knowledge of gold loan products, and regulatory compliance. Focus Areas Achieving monthly/quarterly growth targets. Effective collateral management and loss mitigation. Building a strong local customer base.
