Position: Manager Sales

About the Role

We are a leading Healthcare / Hotels / HRMS IT solutions company, entering a high-growth phase across South India.
This role is for a senior sales leader ready to own the South region end-to-end—driving revenue, mentoring teams, and shaping market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership (50%)

  • Lead high-value negotiations with hospital owners, medical directors, and senior stakeholders
  • Drive penetration into mid-to-large hospitals (150+ beds) using legacy systems
  • Build and expand a strong network of healthcare decision-makers across South India

Team Enablement & Coaching (30%)

  • Coach and mentor the sales team; join critical customer meetings
  • Drive disciplined, data-led sales using CRM (SPANCO methodology)
  • Build a transparent, performance-driven sales culture

Channel & Regional Expansion (20%)

  • Onboard system integrators and channel partners in Tier-2 cities
  • Share market insights with product teams to stay ahead of competition

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12 years of B2B sales experience (Healthcare IT / HIS / PACS / Medical Devices preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling mindset—solving operational and compliance challenges
  • Fluency in Malayalam / Tamil / Kannada / Telugu (any one); English mandatory
  • Comfortable owning numbers, pipelines, CRM, and regional strategy

First 90-Day Success

  • Month 1: Product deep-dive, pipeline audit, customer connects
  • Month 2: Field leadership, key account identification
  • Month 3: First major closure + 12-month South India strategy presentation
