Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. You will recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, set clear sales targets, and provide coaching to enhance their skills. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with senior management to set sales goals. You should also possess analytical skills, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
