Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
• Identify, onboard, and manage

• Drive new business development in untapped regions and emerging market segments.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve set sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective positioning strategies.
• Ensure efficient order management, payment follow-ups, and post-sales support.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer insights for management review.
• Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 46 years of proven experience in

  Furniture / Modular / Interior Product Sales

• Strong background in

  B2B, dealer, and project-based sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
