About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager with experience in selling digital business solutions to SMBs and mid-market customers. The ideal candidate has prior experience with platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Tally Solutions, JustDial, or similar tech-led business services and has a proven track record of driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for end-to-end sales — from prospecting and demoing to closing deals and ensuring seamless onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound and inbound channels
  • Manage complete sales cycle — lead qualification, product demos, negotiation & closure
  • Build & maintain strong pipeline in assigned territory
  • Engage with business owners, finance heads & decision-makers to understand needs
  • Deliver compelling product pitches & value-based consultative selling
  • Ensure high customer onboarding and adoption through coordination with CX teams
  • Track sales metrics & reporting (CRM hygiene mandatory)
  • Contribute to regional GTM activities, events, and partnerships
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue & activity KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of B2B SaaS / Digital Marketplace / ERP sales
  • Prior experience at IndiaMART / TradeIndia / Tally / JustDial / Busy / Zoho / Khatabook / OKCredit / similar SMB tech sales
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven quota achievement
  • Experience selling to SMB founders, finance leaders & commercial heads
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with subscription sales or recurring revenue models
  • Knowledge of SME financial workflows / digital transformation stack
  • Multilingual proficiency (Hindi + English mandatory)
