This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting and technology projects across diverse industries (retail, agriculture, healthcare, automotive, and F&B). You will act as the bridge between clients, design, and development teams , ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable impact. Daily responsibilities include: Driving project timelines, sprints, and delivery checkpoints across multiple ongoing projects. Coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, and consulting) to translate business requirements into deliverables . Engaging directly with clients for status updates, requirement clarifications, and change management . Tracking project risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring milestones are met. Managing resource allocation and capacity planning across projects. Ensuring projects adhere to UMC’s consulting ethos : structured, transparent, and outcome-driven. Qualifications Core Skills : Strong expertise in Project Management (Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred). Ability to manage multi-industry tech projects (ERP, mobile apps, SaaS platforms). Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and sprint planning . Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and client workshops . Technical/Tools : Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar PM tools . Knowledge of SDLC, wireframing tools (Figma), and QA processes . Comfort with project financials and milestone-based invoicing . Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field . 3–6 years of project management experience ; consulting or technology background strongly preferred. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus. Mindset & Approach : Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and ownership mindset. Comfortable handling multi-stakeholder environments with shifting priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—capable of engaging CXO-level clients as well as internal dev teams .
