Job Description

To act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring an exceptional clinic experience while driving sales of dermatology, aesthetic, and hair restoration services. The role combines patient counselling with sales leadership to achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Counselling & Conversion

  • Greet and build rapport with walk-in and referred patients.
  • Explain skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Conduct skin/hair analysis using clinic equipment and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Create personalized treatment plans in consultation with doctors.
  • Follow up with patients via calls, messages, and emails for conversions and repeat bookings.
  • Educate patients about post-treatment care and maintenance packages.

2. Sales Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell clinic services and products.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing.
  • Track daily sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Monitor treatment package renewals and ensure high retention rates.

3. Team Coordination

  • Guide front desk and telecalling teams for lead handling.
  • Train junior counsellors or receptionists in sales techniques and patient handling.
  • Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure seamless patient experience.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track lead sources, patient feedback, and treatment popularity trends.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to management.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate in any field (Preferred: Marketing / Life Sciences / Hospitality).
  • Certification in cosmetology or aesthetics is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years in sales/patient counselling in dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments (training will be provided if needed).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Monthly revenue achievement (% vs target)
  • Patient conversion rate (Leads → Bookings)
  • Retention & renewal rate for packages
  • Average ticket size per patient
  • Patient satisfaction scores
