Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales teams, designing strategies to meet revenue goals, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The role includes driving the team’s performance, analyzing sales data, and preparing detailed reports to meet organizational objectives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes is also a key component.

Qualifications

Strong background in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Proficiency in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Competitor Analysis
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
Analytical skills and experience in Data-Driven Decision Making
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve revenue targets
Familiarity with digital sales platforms or tools is a plus
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the Security, Facility Management, or Cash Logistics industry is an advantage
