Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in providing semi-formal LAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly semi-formal LAP solutions. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving sales growth. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
