Job Description

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and HNIs.
  • Generate leads, conduct site visits, and close sales of plots/units.
  • Build sales pipelines through referrals, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Track sales targets, report conversions, and achieve assigned goals.
  • Provide customer guidance on documentation, loan approvals, and booking process.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Finance teams for smooth handover and payments.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and industry forums.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration/Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience in real estate sector.
  • Well-connected with channel partners in NCR/northern India.
  • Pleasing personality with persuasive communication.
