Job Description

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs and verify contractor BOQs.
Validate contractor and subcontractor bills based on actual site progress.
Track project budgets and report variances.
Support procurement with material estimates and rate analysis.
Maintain proper documentation of billing, measurements, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with project, planning, and accounts teams for cost management.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with specialization in Quantity Surveying preferred.
510 years’ experience in QS and billing functions in construction/real estate.
Strong knowledge of measurement methods, rate analysis, and contracts.
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.

Competencies:

Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Financial acumen and integrity.
Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
