Job Description

Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, presenting products/services, and closing sales. They help drive business growth by building strong customer relationships and meeting assigned sales targets. Lead Generation & Prospecting identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, emails, and networking. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on inquiries. Product Presentation & SalesExplain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers. Conduct product demos or presentations as required. Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily sales reports, call logs, and visit records. Update CRM tools or sales trackers regularly. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Collaboration coordinate with the sales manager, marketing team, and operations for smooth order execution. Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and field activities. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to build relationships and maintain customer trust. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Good presentation and product understanding capability. 4. QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not always mandatory). 1–4 years of experience in sales (industry experience preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered. 5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Lead-to-conversion ratio. Number of client meetings/visits. Customer satisfaction & repeat business.
