About the Client:

A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.


  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the Indian market.
  • Lead and manage the sales team through mentoring, performance monitoring, and setting clear sales objectives, quotas, and forecasts.
  • Oversee commercial activities including contract negotiations, pricing decisions, market trend analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining compliance, preparing sales reports/budgets, and sustaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles in paints, coatings, or construction materials in India.
  • Must be good in leadership, negotiation, communication, pricing, and sales analytics and proficient in CRM and MS Office.
