About the Client:

A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.

Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the Indian market.
Lead and manage the sales team through mentoring, performance monitoring, and setting clear sales objectives, quotas, and forecasts.
Oversee commercial activities including contract negotiations, pricing decisions, market trend analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining compliance, preparing sales reports/budgets, and sustaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles in paints, coatings, or construction materials in India.
Must be good in leadership, negotiation, communication, pricing, and sales analytics and proficient in CRM and MS Office.
