Job Description: Oversee and manage all factory operations—including production, quality, sales, manpower, finance, purchasing, maintenance, and logistics—to ensure continuous improvement, resource optimization, and achievement of business goals. Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with corporate vision, focusing on growth, profitability, market expansion, operational excellence, and compliance with policies and regulations. Lead sales and marketing efforts, analyze market trends, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the company’s image through collaboration with clients, government, and community stakeholders. Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, reporting to the Board, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring full compliance with legal and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within the paints or chemicals industry.
