Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include setting and achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales activities with company goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the industrial minerals industry and its applications
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, planning, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or materials industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
