The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and target-driven, capable of managing the end-to-end sales process while catering to premium clientele, including HNIs and investors. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full sales cycle for residential and commercial real estate projects – from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, especially HNI clients and real estate investors . Conduct site visits, property presentations, and price negotiations with potential buyers. Devise and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth communication. Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity . Maintain detailed records using CRM systems. Candidate Requirements: 2–3 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Gurgaon’s premium market . Strong network of HNI clients is an added advantage. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented . Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
