About Us

We are a fast-growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering high-speed broadband and dedicated leased line connectivity to residential and enterprise customers. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with a telecom industry background to lead our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

Team & Broadband Sales

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 4 door-to-door broadband sales executives.
• Set and monitor sales targets (minimum 30–35 new broadband connections/month as a team).
• Motivate and support team members with daily field visits, training, and reporting.

Leased Line Sales (Enterprise Segment)

• Independently handle corporate and SME leased line sales.
• Generate B2B leads, meet decision-makers, and close high-value leased line deals.
• Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

Mandatory – Minimum 3–4 years experience in Telecom/ISP industry (Broadband/Leased Line/Telecom enterprise solutions).

• Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both in field sales (residential) and B2B enterprise sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000-₹1,00,000 per month.
• Incentives: High earning potential based on broadband & leased line sales (up to ₹1,00,000+ per month).
• Travel & mobile allowances may be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
