Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

Pintwire Broadband is looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be proficient in handling daily financial transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with billing and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ledgers.
• Handle daily accounting transactions, including data entry.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.
• Manage petty cash transactions.
• Support in preparing financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in broadband or telecom industry accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
