Key Responsibilities Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance. Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Negotiate and close deals with key clients. Marketing Management: Plan and implement marketing campaigns Oversee branding, promotions, and lead generation activities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities effectively. Strengthen the company’s brand presence and market positioning. Team & Leadership: Set goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team. Conduct regular training and skill development sessions. Build a collaborative and motivated sales & marketing culture. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
