Urgent Hiring For Sales Manager


Job Title – Sales Manager-North India Utility

North Region – Northern State of India (All Transmission Utility & Generation, Distribution in North India)

Base location - Delhi / NCR or North India Part– 1 Candidate

Budget – 13.5

Experience – 5-10 Years of relevant experience (All Transmission Utility & Generation, Distribution in North India)


Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager for Utility (Transmission, Generation & Distrubution) . you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence in the designated regions. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets for all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. This will require frequent visits to the customer in India.
  3. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities and product enhancements.
  4. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications, allowing you to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, OEM sales team and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demand.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the condition monitoring space, power transformer or HV/MV Switchgear industry.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  7. Knowledge of transformers, transformer monitoring systems and their applications is a plus.
