Job Description

We're Hiring: Sales Manager for a Leading Gearbox Manufacturer

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth
Travel extensively to engage with customers and build a strong network
Deliver technical presentations and close sales through consultative selling
Provide valuable feedback for product improvements and market alignment
Create monthly visit plans and track team KPIs to ensure targets are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer delivery

Qualifications:

BE (Mechanical) / MBA in Marketing or Business Management
10-12 years of sales leadership experience in the industrial product sector
