About the Role

Finance & Accounting function

step into a CFO-type mandate early in their career

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of finance & accounting functions, including:
Preparation & finalization of financial statements
Statutory compliance (direct & indirect taxation, audits, ROC filings, RBI/NBFC compliance if applicable)
Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
Fund management, cash flow monitoring & MIS reporting
Act as the single point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
Provide strategic financial insights to management for decision-making
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance frameworks
Drive automation and process improvement in finance operations

Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) with
23 years of post-qualification experience
Exposure to
end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance
in a corporate/NBFC/startup environment
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation (direct & indirect), and financial controls
Ability to independently manage finance and accounting without supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and leadership teams
