Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Metowin. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CRM software, proven expertise in managing sales executives/BDEs, and the ability to train, mentor, and boost team performance. He will be responsible for driving revenue, allocating tasks, monitoring sales pipelines, and ensuring business growth through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise the sales team and BDEs, ensuring achievement of sales targets.

· Monitor daily activities, allocate jobs, and track performance through CRM.

· Provide training and guidance to enhance sales skills, client management, and CRM usage.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

· Generate reports, analyze sales data, and present updates to management.

· Collaborate with fabrication, operations, and support teams for smooth execution.

Job Specification Education & Certifications

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Certifications in CRM / sales tools preferred.

Experience

· Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in fabrication, construction, or building materials.

· Proven track record in team leadership and business growth.

Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to train, motivate, and mentor team members.

· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Personal Attributes

· Male candidates preferred from nearby locations (Kannur, Thalassery, Thaliparambu).

· Confident, proactive, and result-driven.

· Strong interpersonal and client management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
