Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales and consistently achieve/exceed revenue targets and quotas.
Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline with SMEs, corporates, and business clients.
Develop strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
Maintain regular sales reporting, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales with quota-based targets and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of SMEs, business services, GST, Trademark, and Taxation advisory is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales metrics and drive decisions.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of leading a team.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. MBA preferred.
