Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales and consistently achieve/exceed revenue targets and quotas.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline with SMEs, corporates, and business clients.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Maintain regular sales reporting, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with quota-based targets and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of SMEs, business services, GST, Trademark, and Taxation advisory is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales metrics and drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of leading a team.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. MBA preferred.
