Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
: Identify potential customers and build partnerships with distributors/FPOs.
Sales Execution
: Deliver product demos, manage negotiations, and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management
: Maintain client communication, track adoption challenges, update CRM.
Strategy & Reporting
: Define sales targets, report performance, and forecast revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred.
5–7 years’ experience in sales, ideally in agri-tech or equipment sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with government procurement, tenders, and subsidies is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quarterly sales revenue vs. targets.
Lead-to-conversion ratio.
Number of partnerships/FPO tie-ups established.
Client satisfaction & repeat orders.
