Job Description

You are a seasoned Sales Leader with over 5 years of experience in team leadership, particularly as a Zonal or Regional Sales Manager. You have a strong background in the Office Furniture, Ergonomic Solutions, and B2B Capital Goods industry. Your main responsibility will be to lead and enhance the B2B sales efforts for a comfort-first ergonomic furniture brand, playing a crucial role in establishing market presence, shaping the sales culture, and driving adoption of innovative workplace solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, managing, and mentoring a team of territory sales executives and key account managers. - Setting performance targets, monitoring execution, and ensuring accountability across zones/regions. - Coaching team members on consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing corporate deals. - Designing and implementing regional sales strategies aligned with comfort-centric product positioning. - Developing go-to-market plans focused on offices, coworking spaces, procurement departments, and workspace designers. - Driving revenue through direct corporate sales, institutional partnerships, and channel expansion. - Building long-term relationships with decision-makers in HR, admin, and facilities. - Understanding customer needs related to ergonomics and productivity and positioning solutions accordingly. - Representing the brand at local events, trade fairs, and client meetings with a solution selling mindset. - Tracking sales metrics and pipeline progression using CRM tools. - Collaborating with marketing to align lead generation and sales conversion strategies. - Providing regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and team performance.
