Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and pursue new sales leads across sectors including

    furniture

    ,

    commercial interiors

    ,

    general B2B/B2C

    products, and

    newly launched brands

    .
  • Identify potential clients, pitch products/services, and close sales deals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, including interior designers, architects, corporates, retailers, and end-users.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that fit client requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including post-sale support and feedback collection.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 0–2 years of experience in

    sales

    new brand activation

    is a plus.
  • Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in meeting clients, presenting products, and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and on-site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital communication.
