Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full Stack Developer to join our R&D team at Naatscorp, a pioneering deep-tech assistive technology startup. Your role will be crucial for integrating our hardware medical devices with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), AI/ML-driven robotics, cloud platforms, and database management systems. To excel in this position, you should have a strong foundation in full-stack development, along with experience in AI/ML integration, IoT connectivity, and cloud-based deployments. Your key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of project requirements for hardware-software integration, developing scalable architecture for seamless connectivity between embedded hardware, HMI, AI models, and cloud services. On the frontend, you will be responsible for developing intuitive HMIs for medical devices using React.js, Flutter, and Kotlin, while on the backend, you will build robust APIs, manage real-time data exchange, and ensure smooth communication between devices and the cloud. You will also work closely with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive analytics, computer vision, and intelligent automation into medical devices, along with developing edge computing capabilities for processing sensor data and executing AI-driven functions on-device. Designing and managing cloud-based platforms for remote device monitoring and data analysis, optimizing data flow between medical devices, cloud storage, and databases will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with medical device cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations, implementing secure authentication, encryption, and access control mechanisms, conducting unit, integration, and system testing for reliability, deploying and maintaining applications in cloud and containerized environments, and participating in Agile sprints and cross-functional collaboration are crucial aspects of the role. Required Tech Skills & Experience: Frontend Technologies: - React.js, Flutter, Kotlin for HMI development. - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for web-based interfaces. Backend & AI Integration: - Python (Django, FastAPI) and Node.js for backend development. - Experience in integrating AI/ML models into applications. - WebSockets, MQTT, and RESTful APIs for real-time device communication. Database & Cloud Technologies: - Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases. - Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and IoT device management. Security & Compliance: - Experience with cybersecurity best practices in medical device software. - Knowledge of ISO 13485, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance. Containerization & DevOps: - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration. Soft Skills: - Problem-solving mindset for troubleshooting complex hardware-software interactions. - Strong time management skills for Agile environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary team interactions. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, AI integration, and cloud-based applications. - Strong background in software development for embedded systems and medical devices. - Experience in developing and deploying AI-driven robotics applications. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
