Job Description

Good communication skills, negotiation skills and coordination skills.

Understanding/Knowledge of affordable loan products preferable Micro LAP, Small ticket LAP, Affordable LAP Etc.

Identify potential customers in the micro and small business sector who require loans against their property.

Actively pursue new business opportunities and customer leads to drive loan disbursements.

Ensure excellent customer service which includes query resolution of the customer, completion of the task within the given TAT, after sales service, complaint handling and customer retention.
