About the Team:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to serve as the key Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all operational activities involving Amazon.
About the Role:
This critical role demands strong operational expertise and communication skills to ensure PayU delivers seamless support and timely resolutions for Amazon s requirements.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence.
- Ensure settlements are processed efficiently across MIDs aligned with Amazon s specifications and expectations.
- Facilitate onboarding of new Lines of Business (LOBs) for Amazon and streamline the transaction routing across payment modes.
- Coordinate with Analytics team for adhoc data analytics requirements and ensure timely closure.
- Manage processor file data quality discussions and handle manual file sharing processes.
- Oversee service requests from merchant end to end until resolution.
- Serve as the first point of contact for any Amazon service requests.
Issue Management
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker for day-to-day operational issues pertaining to:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Frauds
- Invoices
- Ensure all issues are resolved within the defined SLA
- Coordinate with Production Support (PS)/Technical teams for production bug resolutions (RCA)
- Conduct weekly/biweekly connects with Amazon operations team to ensure no TAT breaches
- Address settlement file concerns and liaise with PS for re-deployments upon correction
- Handle adhoc Sale ARN file requirements for end-to-end liaising and closure
- Serve as the L1 point for PS coordination on BAU concerns
Collaboration and Project Delivery
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Amazon s operations team, acting as a reliable liaison
- Execute initiatives and projects aimed at delivering operational excellence in alignment with Amazon s needs
- Manage Jira and Production tickets effectively
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure all Amazon requirements are met promptly
- Provide regular status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proficiency in payment gateway operations, settlement processes, and transaction routing systems
- Strong understanding of chargeback, refund, and fraud mechanisms
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, Soft Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
