Sales Manager – Transformers

📍 Jaipur, Rajasthan | Full-time | On-site

About Mangal Electrical Industries Ltd.

Distribution Transformers (up to 20 MVA/33 kV), Power Transformers, Inverter Duty Transformers (up to 17.6 MVA), and Transformer Components

EPCs and Solar EPCs

- Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of transformers to
EPCs & Solar EPCs
across India.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with EPCs, consultants, and procurement heads.
Meet and exceed
aggressive growth targets
aligned with the company vision.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.
Represent MEIL at key industry exhibitions (ELECRAMA, CWIEME, IEEE PES T&D, etc.).

- What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of proven sales experience
in
transformers / power infrastructure industry
.
Strong network with EPCs, Solar EPCs, and consultants.
Ability to close large-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and aligned with high-growth environments.
