Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Accounts Receivable, based in Jaipur. The Head of Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, and monitoring collections. The role involves preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable, conducting credit checks on new clients, and resolving discrepancies. The candidate will also oversee the accounts receivable team, implement best practices for credit management, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable management and credit control
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; certification such as CPA or CMA is an advantage
• Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
