Production Head – Transformer

Role: Production Head – Transformer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire production process of power transformers up to 220kV.
• Develop and implement production strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality teams for seamless production flow.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IS, IEC, etc.) and safety protocols.
• Optimize production resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
• Train and mentor the production team to build a high-performance unit.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  10–15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing of Power Transformers, particularly in 132kV and 220kV class.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of transformer design, core and winding assembly, tanking, oil filling, testing, and dispatch.

• Leadership:

  Proven track record of leading production teams and handling large-scale manufacturing setups.

• Relocation:

  Willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools.
