Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of insurance agents, driving business growth, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Time - 10am - 7pm. (Day Shift)
6 days Working
Location - Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales agents.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and support new agents to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing, underwriting, and customer service departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Insurance license (Life/Health or P&C), or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
