Job Description

As a Sales Manager focusing on luxury residential projects for HNIs/UHNIs, your impact will be crucial in driving sales through personalized client engagement, market insight, and lead conversion. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of high-end residential projects to HNIs and UHNIs. - Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Manage and convert qualified leads from digital, referral, channel partner, and walk-in sources. - Personally manage key client interactions and provide white-glove service from inquiry to closure. - Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations tailored to the premium clientele. - Build lasting relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business. - Stay abreast of luxury real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities. - Gather feedback and insights from clients to inform project positioning and pitch strategies. - Liaise with marketing, CRM, and pre-sales teams to ensure lead quality and follow-through. - Maintain and update sales pipeline and lead status using CRM systems. - Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. - Support junior sales staff by sharing best practices and assisting in complex negotiations. - Play a leadership role during launches and promotional events. Qualification Required: - Experience: 7-10 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 3+ years in the luxury or premium segment. - Industry: High-end real estate, luxury hospitality, wealth management, or similar HNI-focused domains preferred. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate; MBA.
