Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels and ensure strong follow-ups.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Channel Partners for effective sales operations.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and project updates.
  • Train and support the sales team to improve performance and conversions.
  • Handle customer objections, negotiations, and documentation for deal closures.
  • Minimum 2–7 years experience in real estate sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
