Job Description

  • Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial property sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, property visits, and negotiations.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and new project launches.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling ability.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of Noida / Greater Noida / NCR real estate market preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
