As a hyperlocal marketplace, we work closely with nearby activity centers, coaches, tutors, and academies to help them grow while giving parents the best options for their child.

Position: Sales Manager

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Managers to join our fast-growing team in Gurugram. You will be responsible for onboarding activity partners across the city and explaining RRRAY’s business models and product benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard local vendors offering children’s activities—such as dance studios, art classes, music schools, sports academies, tutors, and more.

Explain RRRAY’s partnership models, revenue opportunities, and platform benefits to vendors.

Demonstrate the RRRAY app/product and help vendors understand how listings, bookings, and payments work.

Build and maintain strong relationships with activity centers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.

Collect vendor data, verify listings, and ensure quality standards.

Act as the face of RRRAY in the assigned territory and represent our platform with professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in field sales / business development (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Good understanding of on-ground sales, vendor management, or hyperlocal businesses preferred.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and build trust with partners.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork in Gurugram.

Must have a smartphone and understanding of mobile apps.
