Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and diagnostics equipment industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for blood bank and lab equipment.
• Identify and engage new customers (hospitals, pathology labs, government procurement, distributors).
• Build and manage a high-performance sales team; mentor and train sales executives.
• Drive sales pipeline and ensure proper CRM tracking and reporting.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, client meetings, demos, and product presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and technical teams for seamless post-sale support.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide strategic insights.
• Handle key accounts and government tenders (e.g., GEM, ICMR, state procurement).
• Submit weekly/monthly sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices or diagnostics.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and government procurement processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and occasionally international).

Preferred:

• Prior experience selling blood bank equipment or lab diagnostic tools.
• Established relationships with hospital purchase departments or health authorities.
• Knowledge of ISO, CDSCO, and CE marking-related requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
