We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, and closing sales for our product portfolio, including centrifuges, plasma expressors, tube sealers, refrigerators, and other laboratory/blood bank equipment. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Krish Biomedicals’ medical equipment to hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers. Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and participation in tenders. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with the service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and product demonstrations. Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus. 1–4 years of experience in medical device or diagnostics sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with government and private hospital procurement processes is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
