Each module is engineered to provide a holistic approach to digital marketing, allowing businesses to achieve comprehensive and optimized marketing solutions.


Role Description

The ideal candidate must be experienced in IT product and service Sales to lead our sales initiatives for cutting-edge IT products and solutions. The candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and navigating the rapidly evolving international IT markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand
  • market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client
  • needs and providing tailored solutions.      
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business
  • opportunities and areas for growth.      
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, set performance metrics, and report on sales
  • performance to senior management.      
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure
  • cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction.     
  • Lead negotiations for major deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and
  • adherence to company policies.       
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.       
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of
  • excellence and continuous improvement.


Ideal Candidate must have-



  • An MBA or equivalent from a Tier A institution       
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT product and service sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing a sales team.        
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and software solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.      
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex
  • information clearly and persuasively.     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.       
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market
  • conditions.
