Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Client Engagement:

    Greet, assist, and wow walk-in clients by understanding their requirements and explaining how Wrfel solutions fit their lifestyle. Build strong client relationships and guide them through the Sales & Design journey, ensuring a personalized experience.
  2. Market Development:

    Proactively build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers. This role requires working the market attending site meetings, understanding project needs, and promoting Wrfel as a preferred interior solutions partner.
  3. Sales Management:

    Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, closing leads, and meeting sales targets. Ensure all transactions and data are recorded accurately in the system.
  4. Product & Material Understanding:

    Develop a deep understanding of product materials, finishes, fittings, and industry trends. Stay informed about competitor offerings and pricing to position Wrfel effectively.
  5. Design Coordination:

    Act as the bridge between clients and the internal Design Team. Ensure briefs are clear, timelines are met, and client expectations are well-managed for design closures.
  6. Project & Order Tracking:

    Collaborate with the Projects and Accounts teams to ensure timely delivery, payment tracking, and order management. Maintain all documentation accurately.
  7. Client Experience:

    Deliver a premium client experience throughout their journey with Wrfelfrom initial consultation to post-sales support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:

    Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA) / Relevant Diploma from reputed and recognized Institute. Exposure to Design/Architecture will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5-7 years of total experience, including 1+ year in interiors and luxury product sales. Experience in dealing with HNI clients, architects, and builders is essential.
  • Market Knowledge:

    Strong grasp of design materials, finishes, and modular/interior industry competition.
  • Software Proficiency:

    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); sales/CRM tools.
  • Client Interaction:

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset & Values:

    Proactive, results-driven, ethical, collaborative, and customer-obsessed. Must thrive in a high-responsibility, independent work environment.
