The Role: As an Interior Designer , your primary responsibility will be to translate client needs into stunning design concepts that reflect both aesthetics and practicality. This role is at the heart of the customer experience, requiring a deep understanding of design principles, client communication, and collaboration with sales and project teams. From concept to finalization, you will lead the design journey and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Candidates with experience in premium interior projects, modular furniture design, or luxury home solutions are encouraged to applyespecially those who have worked closely with HNIs, architects, or design studios. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Brief & Conceptualization: • Engage with clients to capture their vision, lifestyle needs, and preferences. • Translate requirements into functional design briefs aligned with Wrfel's standards. Design Creation & Presentation: • Prepare layout plans, 3D visualizations, and material boards. • Present design concepts confidently, ensuring clarity and creativity in communication. Design Iterations & Finalization: • Manage revisions efficiently, aiming for closure within 2–3 iterations. • Ensure all design elements are feasible, aesthetic, and aligned with client expectations. Coordination with Internal Teams: • Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Factory teams for smooth execution. • Ensure timely communication of changes and approvals at every stage. Material & Trend Awareness: • Stay updated with new materials, finishes, and modular innovations. • Bring fresh ideas and suggest practical yet stylish solutions based on trends and budget. Client Experience & Quality Delivery: • Own the design journey from first interaction to final approval. • Ensure every client touchpoint reflects Wrfel’s premium brand promise. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobe, or luxury residential interiors. • Design Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools. • Communication Skills: Strong client handling, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Execution Focus: Eye for detail, time management, and ability to work under tight timelines. • Attitude & Values: Creative, solution-oriented, collaborative, and client-obsessed.
