Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination

    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, carpenters, and internal teams for timely procurement and execution.
  • Site Supervision

    • Oversee on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes in line with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Client Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure the design vision is met.
  • Budget & Cost Control

    • Monitor project budgets, track material and labor expenses, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Logistics & Reporting

    • Organize and manage logistics including delivery, on-site storage, and inventory of tools/equipment.
    • Maintain daily logs, prepare project progress reports, snag lists, and final handover documents.
  • Problem Solving & Team Leadership

    • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays.
    • Lead and manage in-house teams and contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination and site supervision (preferably modular/interior projects).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage carpenters, contractors, and local labor effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and implement them accurately on-site.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Time management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with crisis management and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with a collaborative, result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
