Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor & Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate interior and glass work projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior and glass work projects.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are maintained.
• Coordinate between the design, procurement, and execution teams.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and site progress.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management regularly.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Civil Engineer preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or glass work supervision.
• Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and site execution procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel between sites (Ernakulam–Thiruvananthapuram region).
