Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, workforce, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building codes; conduct regular site inspections. • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents to maintain quality standards. • Maintain site documentation, including attendance, progress, and safety reports. • Assess material requirements, order supplies, and monitor equipment usage. • Address on-site issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate problems as needed. • Report project status and progress to management; recommend process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, proven supervisory experience in civil construction, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of construction safety standards, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
