Job Description

Job Profile:-

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

Define and execute annual and quarterly sales targets across surety, fire, burglary, marine lines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Insurance companies, contractors, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with underwriting teams to structure policies and negotiate competitive terms.
Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on pipeline status, sales achievements, and projections. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging insurance products. Use these insights to sharpen sales messaging and gain market share.
Generate new business through proactive prospecting—cold calling, referrals, networking, and partnerships. Identify and pursue untapped client segments and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:-

5+ years in sales management roles with exposure to Surety Bond or General Insurance (fire, burglary, marine) lines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of achieving growth targets and developing a sales team.
In‑depth knowledge of policy products, exclusions, underwriting processes (e.g., Marine Cargo, Property, Engineering)
Familiarity with fidelity/fidelity-bond products is a plus.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Candidate must be residing in Delhi.
Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
