Job Title: Sales Manager – Coworking & Hospitality Location: [Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai] Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–8 years in Sales, preferably in Coworking, Real Estate, or Hospitality Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the coworking and hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to promote flexible workspace solutions and hospitality services. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and retention strategies. Identify and target key markets including startups, corporates, freelancers, and event organizers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Develop customized proposals and pitch presentations for clients based on their needs. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and policies. Coordinate with operations and community teams to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience. Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and expos. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 3–8 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality sectors. Strong understanding of flexible workspace models and hospitality trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and networking. Preferred Skills: Existing network within startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients. Familiarity with coworking platforms and space booking software. Event sales or space leasing experience is a plus.
