Team Leadership: Direct and manage the sales team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve sales goals.
Sales Strategy Development: Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on emerging market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
New Client Acquisition : Create sales funnel for prospect clients,fix
meetings,product discussion after anlaysing specific client need,sampling,receive feedbacks,commercial negotiations,close a
deal,manage supply lead time as per client requirements,payment collections.
Inter-Department coordination : Co-ordinate with various department of the
organization like production,QC,Dispatch and Accounts with respect to the Sales Cycle.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Director to align sales strategies withoverall business objectives.

4-5 years of sales and client service experience in Food packaging industry.
